[Elecraft] VSPE with RTS-DTR status

I found a newer version, probably not beta anymore.
http://www.eterlogic.com/downloads/SetupVSPE.zip is version 0.80 There 
seemde to be a bug in an earlier version. read about it on 
http://www.eterlogic.com/Products.VSPE.html
