[Elecraft] OT-USB Serial Adapter

Following several recommendations on the list I purchased the Keyspan  
interface after having nothing but problems with a Prolific 2303 (of  
which I have several, and which have otherwise always worked fine for  
various ham radio applications -- Orion, GPS freq. standard, et al).   
I had numerous consistent issues trying to use these on the K3 --  
dropped links, couldn't link, you name it.   The Keyspan interface and  
drivers has so far worked perfectly on both Mac and PC with the K3,  
with no glitches.
