[Elecraft] Transmit when switching from DATA to AM mode?

VOX is on when bandswitching and no 6K filter is installed so I do get the
ERR TXF along with a 1 sec or so transmit light.

Make that MODE switching from DATA to AM ...Not bandswitching.
