[Elecraft] Transmit when switching from DATA to AM mode?

Similar behavior here with K3 #202. However it only happens when in VOX 
mode... not in PTT mode. No ERR TXF or END displayed. Red Tx LED is on 
for about 1 second, probably less. I do see a jump in amps on the K3 
display to about 8 or so amps. I do have the 6 kHz filter installed and 
enabled.
