[Elecraft] K3 :: inboard voltmeter and ammeter

Steve,

I would expect a 10% accuracy on the metering.  It sounds like your K3 
meets that on the current measurement at higher levels, but goes higher 
at low current readings.  I would not suspect anything wrong.

As for the voltage reading - yes, you can expect a voltage less than the 
applied voltage, and it will be lower by about the drop of a schottky diode.
