[Elecraft] Automated Transmitter Gain Calibration

This is a bug, which I'll fix in the next version of the K3 Utility.  


Until then, please turn Tech Mode ON and also set your KAT3 into BYP mode for Tx Calibration.

Yes, that was my problem.  Once TECH MD is enabled it works great.
