[Elecraft] 50 and 100 DSP positions

Thanks John,

That was it. Both rigs use the same config file so it makes sense that they both acted the same way. I guess the equalization happens before the bandwidth instead of after. So now the question is, should the DSP be smart enough to know when it's equalization has be changed and you ask it to go to 100 or 50Hz, should it display some kind of warning message like, "Hey stupid, I can't do that" or maybe "RTFM"
