[Elecraft] K3 Synthesizer ALC Modification Doc now available

You can find the synthesizer modification I described earlier on our K3

This mod involves adding one resistor. It should eliminate ERR PL1, ERR 
PL2, or ERR VCO error messages that you see during operation or
