[Elecraft] K3 - 2.73/1.98 Clicks on Power On

[ON4WIX]

No problems here. My K3/100 #0192 loaded with the latest FW switches on 
without any bursts of noise. Just a few relay clicks and the radio comes to 
life as one would expect.
