[Elecraft] Help -- stuck in MCU LD

Yes, It's the Mac version.
It fails. Every time. Usually, but not always, once I restart
everything, I can use the "test comm" page to check, and get a good
test. Then when I try loading firmware, it fails.
11:47:29 K3 is running main program. RS232 38400 bps. -- after this
message the yellow led is on solid
11:47:29 New firmware is available for your K3
11:47:34 K3 is not responding. -- after hitting "send all new firmware"
