[Elecraft] K3 Noisy fans?

Only for testing during installation - you're supposed to change
CONFIG:KPA3 to "nor" after that, and the speed is automatically changed
as required.

Even on the full speed test setting, mine really doesn't make much
noise - certainly not what I'd describe as a "whine"...
