Also....

A small magnetic screwdriver helps tremendously when trying to get something in those hard-to-
reach areas.  

And if it has not been mentioned yet, you will need an anti-static mat to do the assembly on to 
prevent damage to ICs on the boards.  I use a wrist strap attached to the matt which is also 
attached to my ground system.
