[Elecraft] Revised Shipping date for K3

I'm in group #3 with early December ish delivery prediction when I ordered
it and paid 50%.  If it slips a few weeks or months it isn't a big concern.
I'd rather have it "right" when it gets here.  As along as it appears before
the sunspots, I'll be happy - and the sunspots don't seem to be in any hurry
