I recently shipped a used TS-930S digital board to Denmark from here in NC.  It was shipped on 1 October and was received 5 October.  Packaged weight was ~1 pound which cost $10.40 via "First Class Mail International" (the new name USPS uses for what was previously called Air Mail).
