[Elecraft] Have we gone Off Track?

Is the beacon generating a specific tone? WWV generates 500, and 600
Hz tones, as well as others. Spectrogram can be used to calibrate if
a tone is available from the beacon. N0SS site has downloads of the
last shareware version.
