Hi Ken:
Out Kinkos will do it (B&W for a whole LOT LESS than that... probably
$0.17 page... maybe less.
The manual is 64 pages (currently) and the ONLY COLOR is the front
page, so those without
inkjets won't suffer unduly by having to print in B&W.
