At the time of my order, 1st and 2nd runs were sold out.  That told me
my order was 3rd run.

I think all it's saying is that orders after Oct 1 are scheduled for
shipment in early Jan.  I don't think it is saying anything about orders
prior to that which leaves lots of room for speculation.

If you placed your order in Sept, that puts you in the 2nd run and you
should get yours sometime after 12-Nov. What makes to think you are in
the 3rd run?
