[Elecraft] KX1 power on problem

Mike,

In addition to checking soldering joints, double check carefully components on the board with the manual.  Yeah, I know, it's a pain but the only thing you can do.  Also check the battery plug on the board.  I had a problem with the type of wire they chose, as it would break easily if you took it in and out of the case too much.
