[Elecraft] K3 microphone wiring ?

Don - On the K3 you can enable and disable the mic bias to pin 1 from
the menu, so it will work both with our microphones and any other
dynamic mic.
Also we have added more microphone input gain (adjustable) so operation
with the Heil HC4/5 mic's will be no problem.
