[Elecraft] K3 microphone wiring ?

Thanks for the additional information in the FAQ about microphones.
But I still have a question.

The wiring for the K2 MD-2, MH-2 microphones and the Heil headset has 5V 
applied to pin 1 through a 5.6k resistor.

Will the K3 be able to supply 5V on pin 1 through a 5k resistor via a 
jumper or some sort of configuration option?  If not, I don't think the 
current Elecraft microphones will work properly.
