a living doing this.  Yet - you desire the one that
has a wait.

I see the CW rise/fall time and the adjustable VOX and
break-in delays, but the delay spec I'm looking for is
the delay between now and when my card gets charged;
then the delay between the card being charged and the
truck arrives in my driveway. :-)
