[Elecraft] Recommended K3/100 filters

FWIW I hear the difference as the 250Hz kicks in as I change the bandwidth 
from 300Hz down to 250Hz, the difference is (I think) less DSP noise - maybe 
Lyle can explain. It's not a problem at all.

For SSB I have the 1.8kHz and that really is a great filter, I was listening 
on 40m a few hours ago with 1.6kHz bandwidth - very, very good.

I agree about 1kHz for tuning about on CW.
