[Elecraft] OT: Miniature screwdriver sizes

I'm in need of a very small phillips screwdriver, but haven't been able to find actual dimensions of them and I don't know what size a "#0" would be, etc.  I thought someone on this board might have some advice.  The slots in these screws are .064" or 1.63mm.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
