[Elecraft] K3: Topband: Boring report - Europe again!!

it sounds to me like the the 31st of August may still be a bit too early for the
first shipments. At least we know Elecraft is doing what they need to do to make
this radio the best they can, and the crew in Aptos should take all the time
they need!
