[Elecraft] OT - Astron RS-20A Issue Part II

I adjusted the regulator without a load to about 13.80 volts.  Over the last 24 hour it rose to 15.5 volts or so.  It seem to regulate.  I ran my two meter SSB rig and a 100 Watt amp (15+ amp ICAS) last night without issue.  I figure the regulation percentages at around 2%...but this morning it rose to 15.5 v with no load.  Still regulates.

I will take a look for components that might be a little flaky.  Just doesn't make sense to me that a 723 would do this.

In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply.  If you don't have any Common Sense - get some Common Sense and use it.  If you can't find any Common Sense, ask for help from somebody who has some Common Sense.  Is Common Sense divine?
