Add to that:  internal battery, probably some other things I can't  
think of right now.

I suspect that the K3 might cut into the demand for a fully loaded K2  
with KPA100, KAT100, etc., but think there will still be a ready  
market for the lower power version.

Besides, you can never have too many radios (although my wife hasn't  
accepted that argument).

The K3 is definitely on my wish list, as soon as the budget permits  
(un-retiring is NOT an option!)
