[Elecraft] K2 hangs when using TUNE

Simon,

We really need more information about what you are observing - questions
occur such as Does the LCD display show anything or is is blank?  If not
blank, what is displayed?  Do you have any other indications, such as the
LED indicator?

What is the input voltage from your power supply when this condition occurs?
Remove the KPA100 and measure the voltage directly at the KPA100 input power
jack and also at the power supply terminals.  This sounds like a typical
case of the power supply going into a current foldback state which will
correct itself either after a time of low current or after the load is
temporarily removed (by powering the K2 off).
