[Elecraft] Re: [WriteLog] K2/XV with Writelog

We know that the K2 works with Writelog in all sorts of serial  
interfaces, including USB serial adapters. I would wonder if the PCI  
serial port is somehow expecting handshake signals which the K2  
doesn't have (and presumably you do not have connected). If the port  
is looking for an input handshake that never occurs, it will tend not  
to work. You might look at the connector to see how RTS/CTS and DSR/ 
DTR are connected - they may need to be looped back for that card.  
Also check the serial port docs to see what it really needs.
