[Elecraft] KPA100 birdies

Both of my K2s had some nasty birdies from the KPA100 (one around 14.062 was really bad, also the
typical one on ten meters). They both had the typical symptom of moving 1 kHz or so when running
the power control over/under the 10 watt control point.

I grabbed whatever crystals I could find at my local surplus house today and experimented a bit. I
found that using a 22.1184 MHz crystal for the bias oscillator moved the birdies well enough that I
can't find them (at least so far). I should note that I don't operate the WARC bands, so I only
checked the regular bands 160-10. So far all the birdies I could remember being there are gone, and
no obvious new ones.

I rechecked the PA bias settings and nothing changed, so the new frequency must be well within the
transistor/inductor range.

YMMV, but so far so good. I have no idea what the original use of 22.1184 MHz was, but they had a
ton of them in surplus.
