[Elecraft] transmit and reciever alignment

Thanks Don, Yup that did it.  I did use spectrogram.  When I added the 100
watt option and upgraded CPU's, something got out of kilter.  Now it's
better but everybody's CW note is just a hair raspy sounding.  But at least
I know I'm on the right track now.  THANKS!
