Leigh,
I don't think that applies in this particular case, it is however good
information to pass along for those with a setup like yours.
Phil said he was using the transverter interface for output, and I assume
that means the K60XV output.
The K60XV has its own source for VRFDET, so it would control the input level
to the transverter when the low level output is selected.
