[Elecraft] tight K2 bail

I had the tight bail problem, very tight, I decided that the amount of 
bending it would cause to the RF board was unacceptable, maybe you can 
get away with it, but boards are not meant to be bent??
Perhaps there are variances in the manufacture, mine was so tight you 
could hardly move it when fitted. I'd recommend a judicious correction. 
My bail adjusts nicely and doesn't bend the board and it has never 
fallen over.
