[Elecraft] Transverter for portable ops

Hello Elecrafters,

I'd like to be able to add vhf cw capability to my portable "travel" system. Often this involves battery operation at QRP levels. 

Using a K2, K1 or KX1 as the IF, what are my options for the most power efficient vhf units?
