[Elecraft] Transverting Problems

Oops! I have found my problem. It seems my failing memory had the KIO2
output as switching the amp directly. This is not the case, it switches
the transverter to tx mode which then switches the amp. It is now
obvious why the transverter fails to transmit when I disconnect the KIO2
lines!
