[Elecraft] K2 Rev E Manual

Hello,

After a 2 year delay (starting a business), I'm finally ready to start 
building my K2. It is Rev A kit for which I purchased the Rev B upgrade with 
new PC boards. I can't remember why now, but I wound up downloading and 
printing a Rev E manual after buying the upgrade. The instructions say to 
use the Rev D manual to build this version. The archives don't say much 
about Rev E, so my question is: can I use the Rev E manual to build my kit 
and is there anything I need to change if I do so?  Thanks in advance for 
your help.
