Dear all,

those tutorials are excellent! By the way: You can hardly expect that you can easily  
use a oscilloscope without training and reading documentation.

And to make it even worse: There are much more complicated instruments like network
analysers or logic analysers, where you have to study electrical engineering in order
to understand what you are measuring at all!

However, if you are looking for an excellent tutorial on the use of O'scopes 
here are links to Paul Harden, NA5N's, 2 part tutorial "The Handyman's Guide
