[Elecraft] Help with KAT2

Hello Group,

I need some help on setting up the spacers between the two boards on the
KAT2.  I'm pretty sure the assembly instructions are incorrect, so instead
of asking for clarification on them, perhaps someone can simply tell me:

Where do the split lock washers go?  

ALSO:  The male and female connectors (P and J, 4 & 5) don't appear to
completely mate.  Is that correct?
