[Elecraft] K2 CW TEST mode, and KX1 CW test

[Grif]

For the KX1 just tune outside the ham bands by a few KHz. The unit won't
transmit but the sidetone oscillator still operates. Seems to work great for
a little CW practice. (Some of us need a LOT of CW practice.)
