[Elecraft] K2 CW TEST mode

Thanks everyone.  Dummy load is attached and practice has commenced.

I'm really surprised at how quickly I can duplicate the sounds of each
letter using the paddle and keyer.  It must be much more difficult to
get the timing correct with a straight key.
