[Elecraft] KNB2 performance

I'm in a noisy city environment.  The KNB2 works 70% of the time.  Without it I 
couldn't operate.

I have found that messing with the pre-amp and attenuator sometimes gets it to 
work.

Also, I can only remember a few times when high or low threshold made a 
difference and only once where NB1 vs. NB2 made a difference.

The NB2 is adequate most of the time.  I built my K2 to have one of the very 
best receivers available, regardless of price.  For low power draw and 
portability, the K1 and KX1 fit the bill nicely.  But, the prime draw of the K2 
is it's top performance.

It would be great if the NB2 could be brought to that standard.
