[Elecraft] K2/100 whats the min power and what current drain?

In addition to the circuit elements that Vic pointed out, the KPA100 LPF
relays (they are not latching) must be held in the active state for the
current band, and that takes a bit of the current too (from the 12CTRL line
which originates in the base K2).
