[Elecraft] SSB Low Output

I have found the best way to get additional gain from the KSB2 is to add  the 
KSB2 INCREASED GAIN MOD by KI6WX as well as the other KI6WX KSB2  mods.  
These mods can be found on the Elecraft site.  Be sure the  mike input is biased
