[Elecraft] Power lag after changing bands...

I just noticed that after I change bands it takes about 6 dits to get full
output.  Once it gets there it stays there..no big deal.   After I change
bands I hit a quick brrrp of dits and go on my way.

Hitting a single dit each time:  The first 3 dits show 0 watts,  4th dit 1
watt,  5th dit 4 watts,  6th dit 10W.

Is this typical behavior?  My Orion takes a dit or two after I change the
power level before it reacts too.

With the radio being here for only 2 weeks I'm still learning what is normal
and what is broken.
