[Elecraft] 8 volt Transmit & Receive lines

Hi All,

I'm try to troubleshoot my Hi Cur problem.. (0.5A current drain on receive)

I've checked my 8V Receive line at the anode of D6. This reads 8.0V, but
when I go into TX it drops to 0.59V.. Should it drop to 0V ??

I also checked my 8V Transmit line at the junction of C109 and RFC1. This
was 8V on TX, but drops to 0V on Receive.

Does this suggest my problem could be the 8VR line ??

Getting there slowly but surely !!
