[Elecraft] KX-1 Resistor R30 Mod and Elecraft Recommendation

Recommendation to Elecraft:  Please make a trimmer adjustment tool
available.  

 

R30: While installing the 30 meter upgrade I went ahead and changed R30 from
22 ohms to 33 ohms with very good results.  Now my KX-1 power level is the
same as what others including WA7SPY (KX1 Power Measurement)  are reporting
for all bands.  Prior, it was at least .75 watts lower.  If had it turned
out that the output was too high, then an easy adjustment to the output
level pot could be made.
