[Elecraft] Amplifiers, no longer an FCC issue

There could hardly be more than there is right now! Take a look
at the "amplifier" section of the Ham gear on Ebay. About 1/2->2/3
of whats there is either new or used dirty CB amps.  The FCC
seems to have given up on that enforcement, as the same guys are
there week after week.
