[Elecraft] TP3 es PWR output on 20mx

I normally get around 13 watts out on 20mx.  However I connected the probe to TP3 to check my BFO frequencies yesterday and I noticed that my maximum output power is now just under 10 watts.

I should open the rig up again and remove it to get a better correlation but my wife beckons my attention!  Has anyone else noticed this?
 
(My power output on 10mx still around 6.5 watts, I've tried rewinding all the bits and pieces but can't increase it.  A real bugbear with this radio because I've been told that 14 watts is normal for 10 mx.)
