[Elecraft] KX1 20m Receive Problem

My new KX1 is receiving OK on 40 but not on 20. It hears a strong 20m 
test signal and I can tune either the test transmitter or the KX1 and 
the signal moves about as it should. Band noise is weak although there 
are definite broad peaks of CA and CB both on band noise and on the test 
signal. Switching in different antennas seems to make no difference, 
although disconnecting the feed line at the KX1 does make things 
quieter. In the LPF at K2, C48 and C49 are being switched in on 40 and 
dangle out of the circuit on 20. At K1, C26, CC and C56 are being 
switched out on 20 and in on 40. I have reheated all applicable joints 
and replaced C56 but there is no change. Any suggestions?
