[Elecraft] KDSP2

There seems to be precious little help on this reflector for hints or trials
for noise reduction settings in the KDSP2.  You'd think some help would come
straight from Elecraft but all's quiet on the Western Front.  Someone might
even tell you the unit has been built incorrectly.

"I have completed the KDSP2 and have installed in my rig.  The notch and
skirt filters work very well, but the noise reduction seems to remove too
much of the voice highs (much more than I have experienced with other audio
DSPs).  I have tried several settings of the BETA and DECAY, but the results
are usually poor. I also tried widening the audio filter skirts and the
offset of the crystal filter (modified to 2.5Khz) to compensate, but cannot
achieve satisfactory results.
Anyone have suggestions for denoiser settings or hints on what I am doing
wrong?
