Sorry, Iinitially sent the message from my main address whereas I was logged in with an alias..here's my comment again

I built the KX1 a few month ago, it is my first attemp at building a tranceiver and everything when smoothly. Instructions are really comprehensive. Everything worked first shot as said in the manual. 
I only had one bad surprise: having to pay the 20 percent french VAT upon delivery. I deam of a K2, but I think I'll come and get it myself when ready !!
